Session recordings and analytics in this context are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We mask personal information displayed on-screen (e.g. names, email addresses, transaction details) so it is not visible in recordings. Unless this is public information, we will ask for your explicit consent first.
We may also process limited personal data relating to your customers where you use tools such as VouchReach and provide us with customer contact details so that we can send outreach emails on your behalf. In these cases we act as your processor and process such data only in accordance with your instructions and our agreement with you.
